What is Club Heritage?
Club Heritage is our exclusive rewards program! Earn points every time you shop with us, engage with our socials, refer friends and celebrate a birthday. Redeem your points for rewards and discounts. As you continue to spend with us, you will move through our VIP tiers, earning even more rewards and perks!
How do I join Club Heritage?
Simply create a customer account and you will automatically become a part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Club Heritage on the bottom of your screen.
How do I earn Club Heritage Points?
Earning points is easy! 1. Shop with us in store or online and earn 1 point per $1 spend. 2. Follow us on Instagram for 10 points. 3. Like our Facebook page for 10 points. 4. Share our Facebook page for 10 points. 5. You will receive 50 points on your birthday!
How do I redeem my Points?
Club Heritage Points are redeemed for rewards which you can spend online or in store. You can redeem your points on our payment page during checkout or at any time in the Club Heritage Points widget.
When do my points expire?
Customer points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from 5th November. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
How does 'refer a friend' work?
Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with us before and does not have an account with us. When you refer a friend, they get a $10 discount you’ll also get a $10 voucher when your friend makes a purchase. To access your unique URL, once logged in simply open the Club Heritage Launcher or click the button below. You can copy the link, send it by email or share it on Facebook.
Is there a minimum spend on my vouchers?
All Club Heritage Reward Vouchers have a minimum spend as follows: Point Redeemable Vouchers • $10 Voucher - $50 minimum spend • $25 Voucher - $100 minimum spend • $40 Voucher - $160 minimum spend • $85 Voucher - $235 minimum spend VIP Tier Vouchers • $10 Bronze Voucher - $50 minimum spend • $20 Silver Voucher - $80 minimum spend • $50 Gold Voucher - $100 minimum spend • $100 Diamond Voucher - $300 minimum spend
Do vouchers expire?
All Club Heritage Rewards Vouchers have an expiry date of 7 days after they're issued.
