Exchange Policy
You have a 14-day window from the date of item receipt to request an exchange under our policy.
Eligibility for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, ensure the item is in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating an Exchange: Contact us at sam@littleheritage.com.au to start the exchange process. Remember, all exchanges should be sent to: 316 Banna Avenue, Griffith NSW 2680.
Postage Responsibility: If your exchange is approved, kindly bear the cost of sending the item back. Items returned without prior exchange request won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, promptly inspect the items. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to promptly address and rectify the issue.

Faulty Items
Faulty items will be assessed for either a refund, repair, or replacement based on the evaluation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Regrettably, we can’t accept exchanges for sale items or gift cards.
