Shipping Information within Australia

Shipping Rates:

• $9.95 Flat Rate for Regular Shipping Australia Wide (up to 5kg & excluding bulky items).
• $19.95 Flat Rate for Express Shipping Australia Wide (up to 5kg & excluding bulky items).
• Free postage for domestic orders over $300 (excluding bulky goods and parcels over 5kg). (Please note: Gift cards do not count towards the $300 free shipping threshold.)
• For bulky goods and orders exceeding 5kg, we'll reach out to provide an accurate shipping quote.

Tracking and Dispatch:

• All orders are tracked and dispatched via Australia Post within 48 hours of placement.
• Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, varying based on location. (These times do not take into account, high post traffic periods e.g. the Christmas period, and delays due to other anomalies, e.g. COVID-19)
• Contact us for priority orders; we'll endeavor to facilitate a swift and cost-effective delivery.

Express Shipping Notice:

• Please be aware that Express shipping isn't an overnight service for interstate customers. Typically, delivery outside NSW takes 2-4 business days even with express post.

Lost/Stolen Goods Policy:

• In rare cases of loss or theft post-delivery, Little Heritage isn't liable for such incidents once the item is handed over to the postal service.
• Kindly ensure that you provide a secure delivery address.
• While we're willing to assist by contacting Australia Post for parcel issues, full compensation or retrieval can't be guaranteed.
