How do I Join Club Heritage?
Simply create a customer account and you will automatically become a part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget Club Heritage on the bottom of your screen.
How do I earn Club Heritage Points?
Earning points is easy!
1. Shop with us in store or online and earn 1 point per $1 spend.
2. Follow us on Instagram for 10 points.
3. Like our Facebook page for 10 points.
4. Share our Facebook page for 10 points.
5. You will receive 50 points on your birthday!
How can I redeem my points?
Club Heritage Points are redeemed for rewards which you can spend online or in store. You can redeem your points on our payment page during checkout or at any time in the Club Heritage Points widget.
When do my points expire?
Customer points will start to expire 1 year (365 days) from 5th November. After this date, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
How does "Refer a Friend" work?
Share your unique link with a friend who has not shopped with us before and does not have an account with us. When you refer a friend, they get a $10 discount you’ll also get a $10 voucher when your friend makes a purchase. To access your unique URL, once logged in simply open the Club Heritage Launcher or click the button below. You can copy the link, send it by email or share it on Facebook.
